I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ACCESS INFORMATION FOR AN EVENT, WHAT DO I DO?
Click the Access Event link. Enter in the Password on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the Event. That Event will be listing in My Pictures.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ONCE ORDER IS SUBMITTED TO PAY FOR IT?
15 Days... If payment is not received by that time, Order will be DELETED.

CUSTOMER PICK UP
You can pick up your order at the Games that I attend, so PLEASE check the Event Calendar to see where I will be. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE PICKING UP.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays & Thursdays, all orders need to be placed and PAID for by 9:00am Shipping Days. Express Shipping is $10 plus any added fees (Like Posters) and shiped same day (IF PLACED BEFORE 12 NOON). All order are shipped by: USPS, your order should arrive in 1 to 2 business days.

HOW LONG ARE PICTURES ON WEBSITE?
Galleries expire 185 days from the start of an Event.

I HAVE EXPIRED PICTURES IN MY SHOPPING CART
Once a Gallery has expired the image and image number is removed from your shopping cart. You can still check out with the expired pictures and Photos On The Go will still be able to print your Full Order. After 10 to 15 days I will delete any expired Images in your shopping cart.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO POST PICTURES ONLINE?
If Pictures are taking Monday thru Thursday, Pictures are online by 4:00pm the next day. If Pictures are taking from Friday thru Sunday, Pictures are posted by Monday 4:00pm.
